My best friend says I collect people.
One of my very good friends is also one of my longest-running clients. She first worked with me in my personal training studio. Later, she became a life coaching client and eventually a business coaching client. We talk most days through Voxer.
She says I collect people the way Gollum collects his precious ring (in Lord of the Rings).
And she’s probably right.
I have been fascinated by people for as long as I can remember. Even as a kid I would watch people in awe, knowing they felt emotions as big as mine. Yep I was a weird kid.
I still notice people. I'm curious about what makes them light up, what shuts them down, what they are protecting, what they want, how they think, what they naturally do better than almost anyone else—and I want them to know how unique and powerful they are when they are fully themselves.
